One of my favorite trends for events this fall is to serve lots of comfort food in mini portions. Guests love to snack and graze…it leaves more time for dancing! …and when there is a variety of small bites such as mac and cheese, sliders, fries and soups..what could be more yummy!
When serving a main course, be creative with the seasonal vegetables, think of pot pies instead of the typical beef, vegetable and starch.
Even though the menu is just one piece of the design for your party, your guests will remember that you went the extra step to create food that was fun and different.
